§ 1. General Information

§ 2. Data Processing in Connection with the Use of the Website

In connection with the User’s use of the Website, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide the individual services offered, as well as information about the User’s activity on the Website. Detailed rules and purposes of processing Personal Data collected while using the Website are described below.

§ 3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing on the Website

The personal data of all persons using the Website (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected via cookies or similar technologies) are processed by the Administrator:

a) for the purpose of providing services electronically, including granting Users access to content collected on the Website – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

b) for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of analyzing User activity and preferences in order to improve functionalities and services provided;

c) for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of the protection of its rights.

Personal data of Users may also be processed for the Administrator’s marketing purposes.

User activity on the Website, including their Personal Data, is recorded in system logs (a special computer program used to store a chronological record of events and actions concerning the computer system used to provide services by the Administrator). The Administrator processes them mainly for service provision purposes, as well as for technical, administrative, IT security, and system management purposes, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes – in this respect, the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

§ 4. Marketing

In the scope of conducting marketing activities, the Personal Data Administrator of the User is **eConsulting Sp. z o.o.**, with its registered office in Pruszków, address: ul. Kochanowskiego 3, 05-802 Pruszków, KRS: 000098514.

The personal data of Users who have consented to receive communications from eConsulting Sp. z o.o. via the selected communication channel (e-mail or telephone call) are processed for the purpose of sending marketing messages about relevant offers or promotional content regarding services provided by eConsulting Sp. z o.o.

The data are processed on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The legitimate interest consists of sending marketing content to the User by telephone or e-mail, in connection with the User’s consent to receive marketing communications from eConsulting Sp. z o.o. promoting its services to the contact details provided by the User.

§ 5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files installed on the User’s device when browsing the Website. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the Website – for example, by remembering the User’s visits and actions.

§ 6. Applied Marketing Techniques

The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the User’s device. The operator uses remarketing techniques to adjust advertising messages to User behavior on the Website, which may create the impression that the User’s personal data are being used to track them, but in practice no personal data are transferred by the Operator to advertising operators. The technological prerequisite for such activities is enabling cookies.
